LIFE
Life is a value we can all cherish. I am pro-life, and I oppose federal funding of abortion, as has been Congressional practice for decades under the Hyde Amendment.
MARRIAGE
I support traditional marriage and I endorse civil unions. I oppose a federal constitutional amendment on these marriage issues, because I believe these matters are best decided by citizens in their respective states.
SECOND AMENDMENT
I strongly support the Second Amendment and the right to keep and bear arms in the defense of one's life and liberty.
